Me and my silly little octopidder friend!
1. I am terrified of heights. Where I worked this summer the building was kind of inside this hill, so where I went in was the top of the hill, and if you looked out any of the windows, you realized you were really far off the ground. It made me kind of nauseous. Unfortunately there are windows behind the serving lines, so I couldn't help but look out them.
2. I am a MAJOR hemophobe. Blood makes me sick. Gore makes me pass out after I get sick. :( Unfortunately my favorite game is Gears of War 2, and I'm not sure how I'll make it through playing some of the gory levels (even with gore turned off, it's still a blood-fest!)
3. I am terrified of zombies, even if I am technically undead. I was born dead, so now I'm undead...still the typical brain-feasting creeper zombies kind of make me panic a little. My husband loves Left 4 Dead, the crazy zombie game. I don't know how I feel about this, other than he's not allowed to play it unless he is staying home that night.
4. I am crazy good at Sims 2. Also, crazy good at Viva Pinata-Trouble in Paradise. I can hold my own in Super Smash Bros. (Melee and Brawl). Games like Halo and Gears though, I'm super bad at. I just get motion-sick too easy for those games.
5. I make all of my own patterns for sewing and crochet. Well, sewing at least. With crochet I just do whatever seems right in my head and it turns out pretty good.
6. I am lactose-intolerant, allergic to cinnamon and citrus, and cannot digest grease. This makes for interesting family dinners, cookouts, and work. Yeah, I was a cook this year, I barely survived. :D As usual for me!
7. I like cuddling with my bearded dragon, Ryuu. As far as I know, I am the only person that enjoys cuddling with a spiky lizard. She is so cute though!
8. I can't ride in a car unless I am in the front seat, with the wind on me (window open or a/c on) Even in winter. My dad is the same way, so it's pretty interesting when the whole family carpools somewhere.
9. According to the night cook at work, I am a zombie velociraptor alien cyborg voodoo queen. I would run around going "RAWR!" right before serving time just because it was fun.
10. Once, I wore a viking hat during an entire trip to Wallacious Mart. I kept saying "It's not as cool as my HORN-Hat!" and "You're/they're just jealous of my Horn-hat!" This was one of those hats from a McDonald's kids meal box. :D
11. I used to hate being girly. The only makeup I wore was eyeliner. Now, geez, I'm so girly because it seems I only hang out with guys. I don't know what my husband does to put up with this.
12. As easy as I am to terrify (like lock myself in the bathroom for a few hours terrify), I am drawn to scary games, ideas, and books.
13. I used to play Jurassic Park in the playground at school. I was a velociraptor. I was also devastated when I found out that true velociraptors were about three feet high, and they used UtahRaptors for the movie.
14. I used to have these me-sized dinosaurs that my grandpa looked all over the state for. I had three, and my cousin ripped the heads off of two in an argument over a barbie doll.
15. I can switch from being super serious about something to crazy random. Same thing for happy to IMMA STAB SOMEBODY!

ReplyDeletelol the zombie comment made me laugh- i had an ex boyfriend that played that all the time. it freaked me out so much that i made him play it with headphones when i was over! :(
