Hello everybody!

I come bringing good news! *nods*

MY HUBBY HAS A JOB!

*runs around frantically doing a happy dance*

Sure, it's temporary right now, but the company did request him by name at Manpower. :3

Plus, my step-uncle works there too and so Andrew has a really good chance. Yesterday night was his first shift, and tonight is his last one for this week. He's working in a factory right now making some sort of auto part thingy, and he says it's alright. He's standing for his whole shift, so he has to get used to it, but at least he's having fun :)

He looked THIS sleepy when he came home today...maybe even more sleepy...

He wore his good pants to work though...and they got RUINED. D: I was sad-face. We'll have to get him work pants next week and maybe insoles too for his shoes. He also needs a micrometer and calipers...they gave him safety glasses. He's excited, and I am too. :) We can pay our bills again!

I'm having so much fun packing his lunch though, I put a little note in there wishing him a good night at work. <3 I hope he enjoys it.  The biggest downside is it's really far, like 30 miles, so he's using a LOT of gas to go to work and back every night. Oh well, at least it's a job, right? Jobs are like unicorns, you hear about them, and other people have seen or had one, but you still aren't sure they exist. :/ Here's to our unicorn!

I'm working on a top-secret Valentine's day project for Andrew too, I don't know if he reads this or not (Hi dear!) so it'll stay a secret for now. Don't worry, it's totally awesome and it'll be worth the wait. :3 

Here's some more eye-candy, a green (Nyquil colors!) dragon I made for a quilt-trade, I'm working on the other dragon and the rest of the trade too!

That blanket is very...orange. Isn't it...hmmm...maybe I'll have to get a new color for under my pictures. :/

Tomorrow night he wants me to stay up and play video games with him, so I'm supposed to go to bed like...at three or something...I'll probably play Sims 2 for a while and then watch a few movies, I have to get used to hubby working third shift and being gone when I go to bed again. :| I don't like that part very much, but at least we still get to spend time together.
