ohai! (BIG updates here!)

Disappeared again...this time I'm going with...I was kidnapped by LEGO stormtroopers for a while. :P
So, I have some stuff to show you again! Pictures first, then the texty part down there somewhere.

 Surveying it's domain.

So, I finished an awesome dragon commission for my best friend, and she gets it tomorrow. :)

I kind of never updated you peoples about my goals, so here's the breakdown.

March goal: offer at least 5 customizable items-NOT met

      My reason behind this was some drama about my Etsy shop, hubby mentioned that he wanted me

       to close it, and so I never listed anything new because of it. However, the shop is still open, and

       we figured out how I was going to run my shop so I didn't have a breakdown.
April goal: have at least 25 items listed-NOT met

      My reason behind this was I just didn't have time with two big commissions and my 

      sewing machine breaking down (don't worry, it's fixed now!) to do them. 

However, these are the goals I DID meet:

offer gift services (Originally August goal)

make 5 sales (originally a throughout the year goal)

take better pictures (kind of an in-progress goal, but they ARE infinitely better than before!)

So that's the goal breakdown for right now. I'm taking the first week of May off from sewing to do a shop/blog/advertising overhaul, and then I'll be offering custom order items. :) The dragons will be limited edition, once every couple of months type of customs! They are going to be SPECIAL!

I won a giveaway over at The Monster and Me, I got a bunch of sweet stickers. I'm going to be spreading the love around, especially the mustaches, I have a couple of cousins obsessed with them. I should have taken a picture when I opened the envelope, I was giggling so hard!

The rest of today I'll be resting my wrists (kind of), watching Secondhand Lions, and folding laundry. Andrew's at a friend's house tonight, so I get to stay here and clean. Tomorrow I'm going to Bonny's house and we're watching Steel Magnolias, that movie's amazing!

OH, guess what!  Andrew received a job application from the company! They want him! Hooray!

We'll be able to move out in August, and even though we'll be living in a trailer park probably, I'm sooo happy! At least we'll have a place to live, right? :) I'm so excited because life's looking up right now!
