Pattern Debut! Axolotl

So...here's the new plushie pattern for the Axolotl! He's adorable...and the perfect size to beat someone with, because that's the first thing my husband did when I handed it to him. He chased me down the hall smacking at me until I managed to steal it back, he hit the wall with it on accident and popped a couple of stitches, but it survived surgery and looks rather "meh" about the whole thing. :)
This plush is about 10 inches long and it has safety eyes (my new toys!) and embroidered features. I'm super happy with it. :)
I gave it little feet! They were done in gray, but it's hard to see them right now.
This axolotl is wearing it's party clothes I guess, I just wanted to test out my new fuzzy zebra fleece!
"Meh"
It's really fun to smack people with, I promise! It's soft too so it doesn't hurt!
I hope everyone is having a good time!
All right, off to call hubby and go to bed. I need sleep pretty badly.

  1. Eeeep! I love axolotls! But I definetly prefer ones I can bop people on the head with, too cute!

  2. Oh yes, the head-bopping is important to have in an axolotl. :)
