I know I said I wouldn't...

But I made a new project.
This is my prototype/proof of concept crochet velociraptor.
I started it yesterday before work, finished it this morning, and brought it into work today. Yes....I may have played with it in the backroom while helping make goody bags for pizza day tomorrow......but hey, velociraptor. Reason enough.

There's a couple of crappy spots where the stuffing shows through...and I would like to make the claws stand out/a different color...so I will have some improvements to make for the second one.

I really like how the head turned out...I kinda was just going along, watching FANTASIA (love it love it love it!) and figured...heck, I'm bored of making octopidders...raptor time. So now I have an awesome velociraptor and a bunch of faceless octopidders...I am turning this room into a stuffed animal warehouse at this rate...or maybe an orphanage, as I plan on selling or gifting a good portion of these.

Oh yeah, couch raptor! Muahahahaha!
I have been going for two weeks now on three hours or less of sleep each night. I should try to sleep a bit harder, but even tylenol and benadryl won't stop the pain and trouble breathing enough. :-(

Eh, it's alright, this is when I am most inspired...and hungry....maybe also random
